Why are the authorities insisting on referring to Vishwas Desai as the contractor of the Ruby Residency complex? If you check the company details of Bharat Developers and Realtors Private Ltd, there are four active directors/partners and number three in the billing is Vishwas Bhicaro Dessai. If you check the bail application, Vishwas Desai is masquerading as "contractor" is actually Vishwas Bhicao Dessai active director/partner in Bharat Developers and Realtors Private Ltd. Bharat Developers And Realtors Private Limited was registered on 10 October, 2007. Bharat Developers And Realtors Private Limited's Corporate Identification Number (CIN) is U70200GA2007PTC005448, Registeration Number is 005448. Their registered address on file is C-002, Ruby Residency,behind Bhagayat Baazar, Chaw, Canacona - 403702, Goa, India. Bharat Developers And Realtors Private Limited currently have 4 Active Directors / Partners: Jugdeep Kumar Sehgal, Pardip Singh Birring, Vishwas Bhicaro Dessai, Prerna Jagdeep Sehgal, and there are no other Active Directors / Partners in the company except these 4 officials. Bharat Developers And Realtors Private Limited is currently in Active Status. Unless Vishwas (no father's name) and Desai with a single 's' is one of those marvellous coincidences where the contractor chosen for the project sounds remarkably similar to the only Goan partner in the Board of Directors. TargetGoa tried calling the CM's office who were unaware of Vishwas Desai's father's name. They suggested we call the Police PRO, but he does not answer his phone, the DIG asked us to contact the SP South, who said they were not aware that the contractor is actually one of the director/partners. So, it was no coincidence. The almost similar names belong to one and the same person. A person who has caused and is responsible for 31 deaths.
