Comment: 

A well scripted, easy to read but lightweight article which demonstrates the 
writer' lack of both knowledge and insight into peri1961 and peri1967 Goa 
politics.

The MGP actively blocked any dreams of special status.....forget about 'need or 
sense to insist'

The writer would have done well to review the history of the formation of the 
MGP, the key behind the scenes power brokers, the meeting in Mapuca and the 
walkout by Dr. Gaitonde before writing about 'Congress being shocked by the 
MGP'.
