I am also a sufferer of this. In Betalbatim the Village Sarpanch has given Licence to construct House in a property which belongs to 3 people without ( without taking No objection certificate from other two parties ) and without doing legal partition, I am on the road now. Bogus Sanad, Bogus Town planing approval etc. etc. might is right - corruption rules the roost. If any one who reads this, feels also a suffer, than send your full details to my above e-mail. l will compile them so we can jointly take up and sought out a solution.
