DAYLIGHT ROBBERY AT CHECK POSTS IN GOA
This refers to NT dt 11.6.2014 news report on ‘TOKENS DO THE TRICK FOR HEAVY VEHICLES PASSING THROUGH MOLEM CHECK POST” It is well known that there are top investigating agencies in the world where C.B.I. -India stands third in the rank, after the Scotland Yard of United Kingdom, and F.B.I of U.S.A. But still thieves are above them as they study much more in details how to overcome these rules. Recently Goa Government has decided to get some revenue to this state and the R.T.O. was assigned this task to introduce some entry taxes in all the borders of Goa. But somehow these thieves knew other tricks how to get entry without paying the approved taxes. Navhind Times has exposed one of the incidents recently after thoroughly investigating the system which has loop holes. In India whatever you bring the rules there is somebody who will break it. That means we cannot get 100% guarantee of whatever Government takes decision. Now is that this cheating was made public, will the C.B.I. or CID works on, to find out how to punish the guilty ones police officers/constables at the check posts or even somebody at higher level in Goa administration, after checking their SMS’es, e-mail etc or even faxes sent by those cheats manipulating frauds from outside Goa State?
