Sad to learn about the death of Cashmiro Noronha. Popularly known as Cash, he served well to handle the cash, and administrative matterrs of the Goan Overseas Association, Toronto, for many years. He was for long the adminstratve assistant for the organisation and resigned when Savio Barros took ove as president for the second time. I took over from Cashmiro under Savio's time. He gave valuable tips. I also also in constant touch with him, both as editor of the GOA newslatter for two periods, and as asst. general secretary. A helpful person, always smiling under stress, he gave his services to GOA much more than expected.
