I am sorry to hear that you are being fleeced by internet plagiarists. I suggest that you do the following to deal with this problem:

1. Send them a private email informing them that they have pilfered the fruits of your labor, and that such an act is illegal.

2. If they deny that they have done anything wrong and continue to filch your content, send them a "Cease and Desist" letter. A sample of such a letter is shown at:

3. If they remain defiant and abuse you in return, expose these thieves here. Display their names for all to see in this public forum.

Dear All,

This is an interesting topic

About a year ago, I wrote to many websites including that of the National Institute of Oceanography (NIO) in Goa to either give due credit to the photographer OR remove the photograph of the Dudhsagar Falls from their site. To their credit, the NIO website no longer displays that plagiarised photograph on its website.

The South Asian Women's Forum website displays the photograph and gives due credit (please vide footnote). It is not a commercial site as far as we know.

Now, Please vide the following sites and the Dudhsagar photograph. Considering that the photograph is taken from a very very usual location ...this looks very very interesting indeed
