Joe,

I hope the dizzyness has worn off from all that bobbing and weaving that you had to engage in to avoid responding to direct questions over the past few weeks. Nevertheless your predilection to have the last word in every exchange, over the years, got the better of you - frivolous or otherwise.

I see, you finally acknowledged that you had nothing useful to say about Education in Goa and so had to change the subject on this thread.

Here is another opportunity that you can avail, to put yourself out of your misery.

If folks who live in Goa can send their kids abroad for
education, can't those living in the West send theirs to
Goa -- where education is purportedly of good standing
according to you? :-)

RESPONSE: You're smiley above is spineless! You've said it three times now and I'm asking you for the third time. Please point out where I've said "education is purportedly of good standing" or that all is milk and honey wrt education in Goa. And please don't hurt yourself doing cartwheels while trying to avoid another direct question.

Enough of your vapid explanations! If you are unable to respond to this direct query for the third time, it will only cement the opinion that you entered this exchange for rinky-dink thrills.
