Comment: 
1: Unfortunately,  VM is right.

 He may have (inadvertently) missed highlighting the deleterious effect of the 
merciless deforestation and unplanned construction going on in Goa. A good bit 
of it, blocking the water drainage channels (natural and Purtugez made). 

(2): But .....HOW?
