one of the recipients of a Seniors Community Grant from the Province’s 
Secretariat which is being used to conduct a Wellness Program.   Come to our

Digital Divide -Teaching Internet Skills to Goan SeniorsFinancial Literacy & 
Estate PlanningA Seniors Mobility WorkshopThe Programs will be conducted in 
November 2014 & March 2015 and will be open to all members of the GCG, and 
other Goan Seniors organizations, subject to space availability.  Nominal fees 
will apply to cover course costs.   About the Goan Cultural Group: The Goan 
Cultural Group (GCG)  is one of the many ethno cultural groups which make use 
of the Square One Older Adult Center in Mississauga. The members of the group 
are seniors in the age range 60-90 years. The group founded in 2008 meets in 
the Programs Room on Wednesdays from 6:30pm - 9:00pm  The focus of the group is 
to promote social interaction for its members and hold events covering physical
