We should not hold him criminally liable. But we should know what this alleged act of plagiarism is. If Dawkins' writings were plagiarized by somebody, Selma who is making these allegations needs to substantiate them. I for one would be very interested in knowing if there is any truth to these charges. I would particularly want to know whether the alleged plagiarist has actually lifted excerpts from Dawkins without placing them within quotes. I would therefore like to request Selma to provide evidence in support of her allegations. Cheers, Santosh
