Hi guys, just to let you know that my a/c finally credited by the missing Rs.2000. amount. When took mini printout on 27 late it did not show up but when took another this afternoon it say so. Complaint was lodged on 17th money credited on 27 quote: I asked ATM 4500 butit gave me only 2500..Instant SMS received saying my a/c debited by 4500I then tried another withdrawal this time 2,500 ATM madethe usual internal noise but money never came out at the dispenser. However, gotSMS saying my a/c debited by 2,500.followed by another SMS saying another 2,500 debited.4500+2500+2500=9,500 but cash received only 2000. I rushed to my own bank ATM (night time) for amini-statementThere also it says 2500 credited Reverse entry2500 debited4,500 debited Now, actual debit is 4,500 of which I only got 2500 i.e.2000 short Next day being Sat/Half day, had to make a visit PanajiBOI before 1pm.There inside working is like a Govt dept. Had to change 3desks only to speak to right person (they kept on pushing the buck..).I was then told by another official may be branch Manger,to visit to my bank and fill in a ‘Charge back’ form.They will then forward to them and the process takesusually 8-10 days. At Canara Bank, there are no such ‘charge-back’ forms andthat I need to write on a plain paper which I did, printout also attached.I now will have to wait say 10 days to see my a/c iscredited by 2000 or not. My observation:At the dispenser, the cash did not come out usual way (slightlyangled) and had to make efforts to pull the cash out as if printer paper jam.The machine soon went technical with redi light indicator and it was sorted outnext day around 12 noon as per the security guy. https://www.flickr.com/photos/joegoauk73/10605730965/
