*Dear Shri. Javadekar ji,*

Government of Goa is trying to illegally revoke suspended environment
clearances while Supreme Court in its order dated *21st April 2014* with
respect to Goa Illegal Mining Case has clearly stated that mining
environment clearance has to be taken afresh.

No established Investigation has been carried out by Government of Goa;
neither money has been recovered from illegal miners and all those illegal
stake holders in the mining case. While it was your own Bharatiya Janata
Party which petitioned the then President of India in the month of November
2011 making hue and cry over illegal mining case in the state and asking to
recover *25000 crore* mining loot, the delegation was led by then BJP
National President Shri Nitin Gadkari and Opposition leader from Goa.

As there is 20 million capping, it is very much necessary now that
environment clearance are needed to be issued afresh. I am also enclosing
today's paper cutting where Justice Shah who has been appointed by
Government of India on such a high body to investigate black money has
clearly stated that "The petitioner Goa Foundation" should move Supreme
Court to look in the illegal revocation of environment clearance ". This
clearly looks like that certain habitual U-Turn Masters have systematically
and clearly misguided and have planned to create more mess in the
resumption of mining in the state.

Intervention from your side is most at this juncture before its becomes
matter of Supreme Court which would further create mess in the resumption
of mining in the state. Request you to direct your Government of Goa not
play with the hopes and aspiration of the people from the mining belt in
the State.

Awaiting a honest reply and action from your end in the Interest
of citizens of Goa in this matter.

Regards

Durgadas Kamat
