I was surprised to see that the :German Whisky" became "an Alcoholic Drink"
after much protestations.

Regarding The G.O.A. (U.K.) Ltd and it's ultimate demise as portrayed in
the book, I would like to clarify that the Loans given to the Association
by myself, Jason D'costa and Norton Antao were not Commercial loans. This
money was given at better than what could have been obtained from a High
Street Bank, i.e. the Bank of England lending rate was used; furthermore
these loans were given without security i.e. unsecured loans.

It would have been nice to have mentioned the donors; as the piece was
intended to be an Historical account. It is not everyday that a sizeable
sum of money is lent unsecured. In this instance the amount was £50,000.
The point is that this was not a Commercial Loan. Bunkum History....
