Now that the holidays are almost upon us, I was thinking of something to
write when I dropped in at Andron yesterday for an aperitif :) and met a
gentleman who said his name was Prashant Panjiar. The name sounded
familiar
and I asked him whether he was a photographer. He replied that he was and
that he lived in Moira . And that he had curated Sensorium at Sunaparanta
(see http://www.sgcfa.org/) with the author Siddhartha Shangvi who also
stays in Moira.
When I went back home and looked him up on the net I realized that we have
arguably India's best photojournalist today living in the village. He's
also authored India: The Definitive Images and Aids Sutra: Untold Stories
from India
