The matter is still under dispute with the GCZMA on NDZ violation by National Institute Sports Complex Authority at Aivao - Caranzalem for your final judgment on this project which is illegal. I have been wrting all the time that the villagers at Aivao are at loss for agriculture, plantation and sports ground for their children which they were having in ages, was denied on account of this project. The GCZMA must inquire whether this project comes under NDZ as the construction is going in full swing. Stay order from the Court is the need of the hour in the interest of public. This project was shelved since 2005 and suddenly come up recently. The traffic Dept has also cautioned the Govt if the project is materialized a huge traffic congestion will take place at the venue and at whole D.Paula area. This issue must be taken on the lines of Mariots Hotel part of construction on NDZ which is now under the eyes of Court.
