Sorry Sandeep, I have to strongly disagree with you. It was sheer
incompetence and lethargy of the Ministers and govt. Trying to shift the
blame to the previous govt. is a lame duck excuse. This govt is out of
depths in governance and administration. The MoD, in particular has been
making a number of loose statements unbecoming of the responsible position
he holds. One needs to refresh one's memory on the statements made by the
BJP and Modi in particular on the 26/11 attack in Bombay. Battles are won
in the mind. While attacks can happen anywhere and anytime, this particular
attack stands out for sheer incompetence for which innocent lives have been
lost. I wish you had taken an objective view instead of a partisan one of a
mouthpiece for the BJP and the MoD. Please read the following reports:
