Is our Parliament meant to display some fireworks for entertainment? Have a look at the so called 'debate'. Is it any better than one of those TV Channel 'debates', where people get hysterical, shout at the top of their voices, speak utter non-sense, lose their temper, get unnecessarily worked up, hyper emotional etc. Not one Politician is saying that Political Parties need to keep off Campuses. Why will they? They need the Students to generate Political 'advantage' for themselves. Vote bank Politics. All Parties are guilty of this. We are degenerating quite rapidly. If what happened in Parliament, yesterday, is a 'debate' then it is a tragedy. Soon, the Judiciary at the Apex level will try to restore some sanity by way of adjudicating on this 'Sedition' mess. But, this will take time like all our judicial pronouncements. Meantime this Politician generated chaos in the name of 'Deshbhakti' and 'Deshdrohi' will continue and our 'educated' class will take sides on the basis of their political affiliations or sympathies. If 'Deshbhakti' depends upon Political affiliations then it is a disaster. By the way, how come people are arrested on 'Sedition' charges by the Police only in BJP ruled States?! Are these Police more enlightened or are they superior 'Deshbhakts'?!
