Roland,
The above reminds me of the late Rob Ford - former Mayor of Toronto.


Rob was distributing $20 bills during his election campaign. When
questioned, Rob said that he normally distributed $20 Tim Horton's gift
certificates and since he had run out of them that day, he was giving the
equivalent, $20 bills, to his supporters :-)


Rob had some interesting ideas when he wanted to bend the rules.
