Dear Mr. Dias,

I have restricted my response to just GoaNet.

Based on your open letter, it appears you (or the people you represent) wish to
support the Congress party because of secularism. This is a somewhat lame
excuse. I think the Congress party is equally bad (or far worse) than the
ruling party.

What Goa needs is fresh blood with fresh ideas. I am not familiar with many of
the smaller party names listed by you, but I did read the manifesto put up by
Goa Suraj party. I think the ideas they put forward, are exactly, what is
needed for Goa to become clean again.

Secondly, Goans need to STOP DEMANDING monetary favors from politicians. If
they wish, they should certainly accept whatever largesse the usual politicians
heap upon them but they should NEVER vote for them. Instead, they should vote
for a completely new set of faces ... give new people a chance.

Supporting corrupt Congress party is like inviting thieves to come rob our
house again!

Don't you think so?

Jim F.
