Roland, if you can list down in bullet point form the achievements of Modi's foreign policy I could give you a critical appraisal of each of them. While I am certainly not a Modi fan or sycophant, I do acknowledge his achievements wherever they may be.For example to rise from the infamy of Gujarat and lead the BJP to victory in 2014 against all odds is certainly an achievement. To put aside personal hurt of being persona non grata in the USA, UK and other western countries for over 10 years and yet visit those countries without rancour speaks well of the man. I also acknowledge that he is perhaps the tallest leader in India at the moment.
