Marshall, I have no knowledge of the foreign policy achievements of Modi other 
than what I can read in the public domain.

I don't understand where your question is coming from since I did not root for 
Modi's foreign policy other than using the word "perhaps" to describe it. On 
the contrary I said he should apply his energy to an all-India toilet strategy 
rather than go on foreign diplomatic trips.

Now please explain why you have avoided Albert Pires' request to rate past and 
current Indian PMs with a question to me to list Modi's foreign policy 
victories.
