Hi Fred, It is not just a case of "*the Brit tabloids always hounding this* *politician of colour." *
*The Press hound ALL politicians regardless of colour.* When one is a high profile politician(as Keith was-Chairman of the influential Home Affairs Select Committee in the House of Commons) - one has always to be on one's guard as the Press are always out for a story - if it's a 'saucy' one, so much the better, as most Mirror readers have an appetite for this. This is not the first time that Keith has courted trouble. His involvement with the wealthy Hindocha brothers some years ago saw him lose his job as Europe Minister in Tony Blair's government. He was a rising star then and would one day have made it to Blair's cabinet. Anyway, all said and done, and despite this sordid story, my heart still goes out to his wife and children. They are the innocent victims in this whole saga. Mervyn Maciel
