Hence the delegation visited Kashkmir to soothe their feelings and find a way forward towards ending the impasse in the valley. The fact of violence unrest,stone pelting,killings of both children and others including soldiers and blinding of scores. The invitation for talks was sent also to Hurriat leaders, The leaders are under house arrest and were not released to facilitate in participation of talks with all party leaders
The BJP though in alliance with PDP in Kashmir, seem to be evasive whether they have endorsed the process, Openly they deny and put the onus on talks to PDP Chief. The argument branded by BJP, is that the leaders under arrested would have been released, Hence they are vocally and tacticallydistancing themselves against the move for all party talks Those Parliamentary delegates that ventured out to residences of separatist leaders saw the step as only means to reach out to them, under house arrest That delegates acted in their individual capacity is stretching denial of BJP too far. Such all party delegations is now the fourth time , with no follow up on previous exercises. That the Hurriat leaders under arrested rebuffed their initiative with even minimum of courtesy is considered as insult to the Parliament The Hurriat leaders in the past have poured venom, speak on behalf of Masters across the border, openly shared stage with hardliners in Pakistan,. Currently the stone pelting is discretely encourage and fund the movement by motivating students, who barely understand the ulterior motives. All the previous efforts have not borne fruits and all such exercises to emotionally appeal to them is fighting against the wall, The blatant flying of Pakistan flags frequently is not considered as sedition, in comparison the actress who said that Pakistan is not hell. Have all the past exercises have not moved an inch towards the peaceful goal.
