Glad to read the First Class Judicial Magistrate at Canacona has directed the Goa police to file an FIR and investigate Felix Dahl's death as a murder and not as an accident as the police had previously ruled.
There are no guarantees that the Goa Police will not further botch the case (in fact you can count on it), but at least now they will have the court breathing down their necks.
