It is good to learn that very shortly Goa and India in general, will have 2mbps Broadband. The speeds I encountered, at the internet cafe were slow :-(( . I have 4 mbps, will be shortly changing my I.P., costs coming down to GBP 5 Per month for up to 8 mbps and if that isn't good enough I can opt to take the, up to 16 mbps and unlimited download.
