Below kindly find the press release for the Veterans and U-15 Chess
tournaments in Mormugao taluka.
Veteran chess at Dabolim on July 1
The Mormugao Taluka Chess Association will organise All Goa Veteran
(above 40 years), day and night rapid chess event at Aqua Bay, Dabolim
on July 1. There will be prizes and trophies to first three winners.
Entry fee shall be Rs. 500/- and GCA registration is compulsory. The
tournament will consist of minimum six rounds and begin at 5 p.m.
Players born on or before 31-12-1976 are eligible to play. Interested

Second event:
Under 15 All Goa state Selection
Mormugao Taluka Chess Association will organise All Goa Sub Junior U-15
State Chess Selection Championship on July 7, 2017 to select the State
team to participate for National Sub Junior tournament to be held in
Gujarat in October 2017. Entry fee shall be Rs.250/- and GCA
registration is compulsory. Interested players who are born on or after
