What's really wonderful besides the proven taste of her pickles confirmed in 
written endorsements, is the fact that a young Goan woman in the remotest 
regions of colonial Kenya took the few instructions her mother must have given 
her, refined those tastes through the ages and took it with her to England 
where it impressed even strange palates.

Good health and recovery to a fine specimen of Goan womanhood and motherhood.
