O nce I happened to visit a govt office along with my friend. He wanted a document and the concerned clerk told him to come after a few days. My friend immediately delved in his purse took four five hundred notes and pushed it in his pocket. Why should that concern clerk refuse such a t hing? But my friend has not understood that we are making our own system and that has become a habit for these clerks now to wait for some dole.Who is corrupt? we. Another case there was a govt job available for huge lakhs of rupees. Some one approached the concerned person with a offer which was slightly less than quoted but before he reached the place the j ob was already sold for a huge amount. Who is to be blamed? we. Please do not call any politicians corrupt. We must take the blame on ourselves for making them corrupt.
