Dear Sujay Gupta Editor Herald Let me inform you that nowadays Herald efficiency is slowed down as far as ON LINE E-PAPER is concerned. I have noticed that Herald comes on line among all other newspapers at the last slot and Navhind Times always at the first. The owner of Herald Raul is informed to make improvement. We need our usual VOICE OF GOA to continue with fervor. Also some of prominent local writers articles in Edit page as well as in the Letters to the Editor column are mostly boycotted. Reasons are best known to the Editor.
