Great Post. However as one evaluates this convention (and the report) the questions raised are: What did the Global Goans (attendees) learn at this convention? What did the Global Goans contribute to this convention? What building blocks were placed for future conventions to build on? Any short-range and long-range plans / goals of this convention discussed? Reading the report, Goan politicians and government do not appear to be as inept as described in the many posts we see on Goanet. Or is this just election time?
