Dear Goan-origins, As one of the lawyers has written : It is time for action. for Goans to take now !!!?.Well . we don have enough evidence now in our hands to show the world/UN/Courts , the way Goa/Goans are being treated , abused, looted and destroyed ( directly or indirectly) by Republic-Indian Govt through Maharstrian Y.B Chavans-MGPs-BJP-RSS Religious gang criminals that live in Goa --unpunished/ scott free because of proxy democracy, justice system, Law and order and/or based on Religion or Caste system.( as explained further below) Yes. It is our time now , a ripe time for action through/as per the Law and/or to INVOKE THE LAW , that protects Goans based on international/UN convention and ECHR( European Convention on Human Rights) , as all Goans born before 1961 and children are still Portuguese by LAW.( as often explained by Goan lawyers from Benaulim and/or other lawyers from Brazil/ Portugal, East-Timor,,,) . Cause step by step- points of History ---proves it all . Moreover, It is right time in the History of Goans, where "Goan-origins" now feel that they have no faith in the courts of the defendants /enemy that carries out all evil after evil on Goans by breaching ECHR , UN Convention and or by ignoring 16th/Jan /1967 victory of Goans to remain peaceful- separate-Civilised Identity as was since formal Birth of Goa on 25th/Nov 1510 , almost 347 years before formal birth of so called British-Indus-River-Land -(Indian-Origins) that was a combined of Pakistan+ Bangladesh+ Republic-Hindiia/India) .. Now , since History too proves that formally Goa was born first on 25th/Nov/1510 ( Saint Catharina's day) before Formal birth of Combine ( Pakistan or Bangladesh or republic -India-without Goa) on 1857 (after Failed Sepoys Uprising) and/or before 15th/Aug/ 1947, it is also easy to understand/produce /or prove the other evidence- the way Goa/Goans ECHR/UN Human rights were abused/Violated since 19th/Dec 1961 , as seen explained below : ( 1 ) In 1954 Onwards : Nehru- Y.B Chavan- Bandodkar and other Make plan to annex Goa by force ( as Bandodkar was often noted to go to Bombay and meet Y.B Chavan and other Maharstrians ....where many believe that Bandodkar must have briefed them about Mining wealth of Goa in trillions to plunder/loot by creating christian Hindu divide( seed of evil ).... (2)--- On 19th/Dec 1961 ---- Goa [ GOAN ORIGINS ] and Portuguese Citizens was unlawfully annexed by Republic-India Country by using Force. (MOTIVE : TO COVET GOA/GOANS BASED ON RELIGION or OTHER CRIMINAL PLANS ) even though Republic-India became Country/Nation formally only after 1947 ---and was just one[ 1 ] part out of the three [ 3 ] combine Parts called INDIAN-ORIGIN -- Ethnicity , under British-India ( formally since 1857 only ) ( 3-) From 1961 to 1963----- Goans were kept under Maharastra's -Military-Police rule to treat Goans/Christians as slaves, and/or in-order to brain wash few Traitors like Bandodkar and other religious fanatics-- based on religious grounds. (4) -- in 1963 ------ Is the same years , it is written that MAHARASTRIAN Religious Fanatic Y.B CHAVAN founded MGP to divide Goans based on Religion/Religious Grounds , in-order to carry out criminals offenses on Goans /Goa, on Goans -language Konkanni and/or to Make Goans slaves of Maharastra -Republic Indian Govt Combine . [ see link "OPINION POLL OF GOA-IR@ GOA UNIVERSITY" -- page 45 & 46-- on religious grounds ) ].Beside, Evidence also proves how so Many Low grade Marathi- schools were opened in Goa unlawfully with criminal fraud, to finish Goans language Konkanni spoken by all Goans . where republic Indian govt too becomes part of this conspiracy --indirectly. ( 5 ) Soon after that in 1963 itself ----- First Fraudulent election was held in Goa , by using Maharstrian Military force/Police and MGPs Bandodkar (low educated ) was made CM of Goa eventually while Doctor Jack Sequeira was made opposition leaders. (6) In 1965-66 ---- Attempts was made to merge Goa to Republic-Indian(Maharastra) without Goans consent by same MGP -RSS religious fanatics/criminals under Bandodkar-Y.B Chavan's directions . But Goans under Dr Jack Sequeira protested and did not allow this evil plan to finish Goa, Goans and Konkanni to successed ( 7 ) 16th/JAN 1967 :------ All Goans defeated the evil plan of Maharstrian Y.B CHAVAN-BANDODKAR and all other MGP-RSS BJP Religious Fanatics/criminals thieves( including Dempo-Navhind times paper) once and forever , as per UN convention/ ECHR --law. (8)-- on 31st/Dec/1974-75 ----- Same Maharastrian Y.B CHAVAN, even after being defeated on 16th/Jan/1967, makes another criminal plan and lures PM of Portugal( Mario Soares) to sign illegal treaty in New York without Goans consent ( as similarly tried to make Goa part of Maharastra in 1965-66 &--16th/Jan/1967 failed attempts).Hence this treaty of 31st/DEC 1974-75 without Goans consent signed by same Maharastrian Y.B CHAVAN remains illegal, unlawful, Void and criminal in Nature carried out by openly breaching the rights of GOAN-ORIGINS protected under ECHR and UN convention. Therefore , Every other proxy election and/or forced democracy or Forced Indian-Nationality on Goans, under suppression of the enemy- Nation carried out after 16th/Jan 1967 is illegal & breach of Goans human rights protected under ECHR and UN convention Law. But , before these evils gang destroy us completely , we need actions.( to INVOKE ECHR & UN TREATY)--as GOANS ARE PORTUGUESE BY LAW.YES.
