Another suggestion for VJP. The luxury condo market is and has been booming in Toronto, altering the city’s skyline over the last decade.
I don’t know anything about the artwork market: how they go about getting their commissions for illustrations. I don’t even know whether they consider it an insult to go out and seek business rather than have it come to them. But I do know that a visit to Toronto to meet some builders and construction businessmen will result in lucrative work for the one seeking it. From a builder’s point of view, what could be aesthetically better than having a couple of good oil paints discreetly enhancing the foyer of a luxury commercial or apartment building. If VJP plays his cards right, he could have more business (excuse that crude term) than he can cope with, with no discounts at that. Roland Francis Toronto.
