Another suggestion for VJP.

The luxury condo market is and has been booming in Toronto, altering the city’s 
skyline over the last decade.

I don’t know anything about the artwork market: how they go about getting their 
commissions for illustrations. I don’t even know whether they consider it an 
insult to go out and seek business rather than have it come to them.

But I do know that a visit to Toronto to meet some builders and construction 
businessmen  will result in lucrative work for the one seeking it. From a 
builder’s point of view, what could be aesthetically better than having a 
couple of good oil paints discreetly enhancing the foyer of a luxury commercial 
or apartment building.

If VJP plays his cards right, he could have more business (excuse that crude 
term) than he can cope with, with no discounts at that.
