------------------------------------------------------- CONVENTION OF THE GOAN DIASPORA FROM GOA INTO THE WORLD Lisbon, Portugal June 15-17, 2007 Details at: http://www.casadegoa.org -------------------------------------------------------
Hi Bhandare, You do not do any research before writing these articles that come to your head with a commputer in front of you. 1. Kamat has just become the CM. No one have achieved any thing via Kamat, yet. In fact Cedric D'cost of Margao lost his dad and his property due to Kamat and BJP's 'Christian land grab' policy. 2. Parrikar was an efficient CM no denying that. If only he could drop his RSS badge that he wears. Goa and Goans are not stupid. Once bitten twice shy. 3. Your BJP people you are talking about DID MAKE MONEY but they were too greed to distribute it. They kept it for themselves and took it for granted that BJP will win hands down. The whole of BJP (India wide) took it for granted of total victory (how wrong they were and still are). BJP equals SHELFISH GREED. 4. BJP were also inexperienced, not just in Goa but the whole of India suffered, people could not buy onions and potaoes, and inflation was at its highest. BJP Minister plundered and kept the loot for themselves, they wanted to keep their 'new found riches' they had never seen such riches before. The old saying by ABE (do you know who he is?) as usual you will say I don't know who he is, well, he was USA President and he said: YOU CAN FOOL SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME BUT NOT ALL THE PEOPLE ALL OF THE TIME. (I cut it short, find the full version for yourself - do some search). -------- Bhandare said: Parrikar was a efficient administrator and a man of personal honesty. So were people like Dr Amonkar (ex health minister) and Vinay Tendulkar ( ex sanvordem Mla) and Satarkar (ex priol mla) and Mathany (ex cortalim) These entlemen lost because they dint amass wealth by looting goa and distributing a part of it during elections With Kamat being CM these people have achieved their target. As far as Thomas Friedman is concerned i am sorry I dont know who is he.
