Congratulations Nilesh on your  thoughtprovking article about inner party 
democracy. Hurrah to all the admirers of autocratic leadership. In post 
World War I Germany, people also admired a guy called Hitler. History 
unfortunately fails to educated some. Long live autocracy. To those who 
admire autocrats (no matter how superficially efficient), and wish to be 
slaves of autocracy, we dont have a cure. To those of us like Florian 
Lobo(thanks for your gracious comments) and others who love democracy and 
freedom, which may be messy & corrupt there is hope. Democracy is the only 
way to go.
