The question at that time is not "What Modi-Govt do / did to solve the problem; but rather what did we-individuals do to solve-prevent-mitigate the problem?" Yes for sure! How are they going to deal with a water crisis which is looking at us straight in the eye. No crores worth of statues or bullet trains will save us from a crisis of this magnitude. The trigger happy or ?axe happy? Johnies are responsible for denuding acres and acres of trees and forests with scant attention to the ecology and environment, thereby leading to rain scarcity.
