I could pick one up for a decade, just barely: now I cannot. I think one
can guess the reason why. Goa residents   will remember explosion episode
involving the syphoning of a container by an employee of Bharat Gas. The
difference    was the extraction of a third of the reported contents.   There
was no follow up inquiry of the crime that I am aware of.  There was no
orchestrated indignation of any kind   by company staff, political leaders or
enforcement crews. This was simply extraordinary, given the clear scope  of
the operation and for how long it had lasted. Enormous amounts were stolen and
one has to believe the gag was  directed from the very top.      I hope VM
finds the time to an investigative piece.
