At some point, one needs to wake up and look to the future instead of dwelling in the past. After complaining ad-infinitum about the 3 centuries it took for the White Church to make Joseph Vaz a saint, you are questioning why Goans should show "special interest in a Basilica for St. Vaz?" My response is , "Saiba Bogos." After all that complaining about the White person discriminating against the Brown Goan you should have been the person providing the lead instead of being a sour puss. Do you want to wait a few more centuries for a Medici to appear in Florence to provide a silver casket for the body; that another Goanetter who tongue-in-check is planning to bring St. Joseph Vaz's remains to Goa?
