Madams, The purpose of this email is an attempt to resolve what I believe is a slight communication problem within the Goan legal system. The matter relates to the activities of the prolific criminal fraudster, Ajju Sindolli, and how he is manipulating the legal system in Goa by exploiting its weaknesses. * Very specifically, Sindolli has had yet ANOTHER Non-Bailable Warrant issued against him only yesterday in * *Bicholim Court (CNR Number: GANG050019942015, Case Number: OA/0000479/2015, Mahesh Parab vs. Ajju Sindolli). But crucially, Sindolli is also due to appear in Bicholim Court TOMORROW afternoon in a case brought by **Antonio Caetano Fidelis da Gama (1/2013).* With that in mind, would it not be a sensible move by Bicholim Court to try and enforce the previous NBW issued by that same authority? (assuming that it has not already been cancelled by Sindolli spouting more of his lies to the judge!) * Therefore, if you judges are in agreement with that statement, please kindly arrange for a copy of yesterday’s NBW against Sindolli to be sent to PI Sanjay Dalvi at Bicholim Police Station (Mob: +91 78757 56033) and request him to make an arrest.* Finally, I would like to reiterate my earlier point that Ajju Sindolli is a big-time fraudster who really needs to be jailed.
