WHEN WE NEEDED HIM THE MOST It was very sad to get a message early this morning
that our dear Rev. FrConceicao D’Silva, the Parish Priest of Our Lady of Snow
Church Raia hadpassed way after suffering a massive Heart attack very early
morning. Haveknown the very warm hearted and charismatic Fr. Conceicao for
decades andlast met him for the Raia Church Feast two years ago.Fr Conceicao
was an activist who was very ever so vocal about his concernfor Goa. He was
also very active in propagating the cause of Konkani. Inhis untimely death we
have lost a outspoken Warrior who highlighted issuesconcerning Goa through his
fiery and blunt sermons.May the Soul of our dear departed Rev. Fr Conceicao
