The 2002 concert was organized on the first anniversary of George Harrison’s death, by his wife Olivia, his son Dhani and with musical arrangement by Eric Clapton.
‘My Guitar Gently Weeps’ was written recorded by George in 1968 and had to be arranged by Eric Clapton since the other Beatles gave it no importance. The song was created in exasperation of the infighting in the band. It remains a melancholic Beatles classic as does ‘My Sweet Lord’. The lad in the long white garment is his son Dhani.
