Sir, Talk around why Bhumiputra Bill is only introduced in Goa why other rich states have not introduced this bill in their respective States. Is Goa the only State where Goans are in MINORITY dont have voice to be heard in CENTRE. What are the benefits for Goans with the introduction of this Bill. Is Goa heading for destruction in the name of Development as everyone noticed that lots of CONCRETE JUNGLES have come up. The land belonging to Goans are losing their identity. In places like Sangolda, Parra etc. we notice lot of migrants have set up shops illegally as it looks the Centre or State authorities is turning deaf or blind to needs of Goans around. Music is being played LOUD without any standard protocols. Many Goans have to suffer sleepless nights on accoount of the rave parties spreading around. This is sad state of BHUMPUTRA BILL ONLY IN GOA and no other States have introduced this bill. We request the authorities concerned to look around and check how illegal constructions without any licence are going around in GOA.
