Only a few days left for the big Environment event for school children in Goa.
Various events have
been planned. In addition to the Poster Contest, environment-themed
carpet-designing contest, ECO
- TRAIL quiz, there is a Rock designing contest - see below. There are other
events too, details
will be posted over the next few days.
ROCK TALK (a rock designing contest)
Participants : Category 5 Pupils Of Classes 5 and 6
Number of Participants : Five pupils who will work individually
Duration of Contest : One and a half hours
Theme : Paint the given rock and speak about it
Rules :
1. Each pupil will be given a small rock(which can be held in the palm of the
hand).
2. The pupil has to use his/her imagination to creatively paint something from
nature/environment
on the rock .
3. Pupils should bring their own paints and brushes.
4. Each pupil will be given a minute to speak on his/her creation.
Criteria for judging : 1. Creativity (15)
2. Execution (15)
3. Oral presentation (15)
4. Overall impression (5)
Accolades you can win : 1. Best Rock-Talk Presentation
2. Most Imaginative Rock
