Citizens bear some responsibility too but the power structure and system is heavily stacked against them so their vote is effectively decided before they enter the voting booth. For example, the candidates and who can afford to run and the parties on the ballot, are selected for them. It is impossible, unless in GBA type movements to make any changes. This is true and the hypocrisy is obvious and should be condemned. However, while these transactions cannot be condoned, they do not compare with the wholesale loot happening by the "elected" political whores who will sell their mothers without batting an eyelid. Nothing can be said in their defense, they are fully responsible for their actions. Professional sex-workers by comparison have integrity and honesty in their dealings compared with these bandicoots who rape Goa in broad daylight. Our good and decent ancestors once lived in Goa, perhaps a simple yet noble existence, close to the soil which nurtured and nourished them. Their memory is now being urinated upon by these low-life Goan gutter scum. It might be ok with some, but those with any sense of decency left should not stand by quietly.
