You have hit the nail on the head. These same people who have such trouble with
all things Christian obviously don't feel any dissonance living in a
predominantly Christian country and growing fat on its milk and honey.
These same people who are so keen to point out the terrible atrocities
committed by Christians of yore, never mention the many advances made in human
rights and secular thought by seminal thinkers born into this faith.
