Edgar,

As much as I hate to take the wind off your Goan Sails, I have to admit that
we have bigger, tastier cashews and cashew nuts in Indian Harbour Beach,
Florida. We also have Mancurad Mangoes, Guavas, Jackfruit, Papayas and
Tender Coconuts. They grow in my backyard here in Florida.

Best Regards,
Dr Carmo D'Cruz
ex Velim, Goa
now Indian Harbour Beach, Florida

Wondering if someone can edit this page on cashew to add the Goan
contribution to cashew....feni...uurak....bia baaji (from Cafe Prakash,
Mupca market) etc...
And Goa cashew nuts are tastier than others from the South of Goa ( I am
told-they all taste the same to me). With the exception of a cashew picture,
there is no refrences to Goa.
Cheers
