Well said Sachin about the need to remove discrimination within the Christian
churches as this is under their control. However, I am also keen for the Dalits
to be compensated for past deprivation through reservations at the point of
entry to occupations but not as something to be enjoyed all their lives without
competing on equal terms with others after a set period of perhaps eight years
in service.
