In addition to Catholic Churches there are also Protestant and Greek Orthodox churches. Infact, in Dubai one whole street lines up with churches of various denominations intermingling with mosques. A substantial number of Arabs are infact Christians. There are no temples per se, but there are Hindu prayer halls where Hindus go to pray in the Gulf. This too might have changed since I left eight years ago. The world is much more accepting and tolerant than we are lead to believe. It is a few rotten apples in the barrel that spoil everything.
