Dear Brothers and sisters
How beautiful this world would be if we had just to follow Jesus' commandment
"Love one another as I have loved you" .This is one of the simple commandment
which makes each and everyone concentrate on other person first and makes
everyone to forget personal greed .The older christian followed this
commandment though they were less educated. Brother hood in men was seen in
practice at the time of wedding, sickness, death in the family,etc. Work was
shared within the families. People visited neighbours at the time when need
arose. Large families even without proper income made life a happy life.
Children were contented with life and there was discipline among the children.
People respected the priests in the village, respected even the elders in the
neighbourhood. There was so much of love and sharing among the early
christians. You could even see this in the early sixties of this century. Today
we are amidst selfish world. Parents themselves are selfish and will bargain on
the number of children and bargain on the love to be given tothe children.
There is practically no love between husband and wife, between parents and
children. I have written about it so many times. The parents who think of
divorce are committing a murder of their children by depriving them of the
parents love and this type of murder will never be forgiven by God. It is one
of the worst type of crime. What is the use of all our prayers and shouting and
dancing in the churches and beating our breasts if there is no love among us ?
Today we are ruled by selfish leaders all over . Our political leaders our
religious leaders are all out to make money
