If what Jason Keith Fernandes wrote in Gomantak Times is anywhere close to
being an accurate description of the facts about the Hindu Jana Jagruti Samiti
exhibition then I would be appalled by it.

Comment:

This is nothing new. This practice is consistent with the track record and
policies followed by the sangh parivar. After the burning of the train at
Godhra, the bodies of the victims instead of being taken to their home towns
for the last rites were brought to Ahmedabad by VHP activists and put on public
display to incite the people without bothering about respecting the dead. After
exploiting the dead, the families were totally forgotten.

One keeps on hearing about the plight of Kashmiri Pandits. The BJP was in power
for 6 years. Would someone care to inform us what they did for the Kashmiri
pandits other than exploit them for propaganda, as in the exhibition.Further,
they believe in suppression of truth. More Muslims have died or suffered due to
the insurgency in Kashmir. However, one never ever hears of this from the sangh
parivar.

The RSS believes in surreptious control whether in power or not. The first
thing they do is to plant their people in the media, home dept, police and
other sensitive posts. These plants then either suppress unpleasant facts or
play the game of their masters. The first Janata govt fell at the centre
because people like Madhu Limaye, Madhu Dandavate and George Fernandes among
others saw through their game plan. That George Fernandes later on embraced the
sangh parivar to further his own ambitions is another story.

The Sangh Parivar believes it can get public support and votes by dividing the
people and uses hate and vicious propaganda in furtherance of its goals.

If any self respecting society does not oppose this now, it will have to pay a
heavy price later on. Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty.

Cheers!!
