Inciting people/others to kill, cause pandemonium, fostering communal
tensions..is not free speech. Only an absolute idiot/dolt, would
profess and call it propagating free speech. The laws of the land
require that the inciters, are brought to Court, unfortunately this
rarely happens in India.
